Hello Panther Students & Families,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! My name is Nina Ghafori and I am the school counselor for the 7th Grade Legacy, and 8th Grade Voyagers! This is my 2nd year at Rachel Carson MS (fun fact I attended FCPS for grades K-12). My undergraduate degree is in Childhood Studies from George Mason University and my master's degree in school counseling is also from George Mason University (Go Patriots!)

When I am not at school, I am busy with my dog (Bella), friends and family. I enjoy being outdoors, going to concerts, and traveling!
